BCB is present in 7 locations in Germany. About 2,500 employees work in these locations to guarantee optimal service level processing at all times.
The nationwide Business Continuity Concept holds good for all our locations. Should there be a system failure at one location another location takes over the processing.
Furthermore BCB has its own Business Recovery Center that is involved in our regular Business Continuity Plan exercises.
